TV and Radio presenter
I am a storyteller of places, food, and respect for values, and I see bringing food and wine as well as environmental heritage to the fore as my mission. Since 2003 I have been conducting Decanter, a programme on Radio 2 with Tinto. Furthermore, I have participated in many television programmes such as La prova del cuoco and Linea Verde, all the way to my latest programme on Rai1 - Linea verde Radici, where I tell stories of traditions, nature, and food.
And you can also check out my books, full of wonders: Sommelier ma non troppo 1 and 2 with Tinto, Anche i vegani fanno la scarpetta with my friend Andy Luotto, and the latest Terra…riscoprire le nostre origini per costruire un futuro migliore.
