A professor of Tourism Management at the University of Bergamo and President of the Italian Association of Food&Wine Tourism, I’ve turned my passion into my job. Indeed, I believe food- and wine-related tourism can truly push our country to great heights, and that is why I channel all my energy into researching, sharing, and raising awareness on food. I’m also part of the Board of Directors of the World Food Travel Association, of the Board of Advisors of the World Gastronomy Institute, and of the Board of Directors of the Italian Association on Tourism Sciences.
