Since childhood, Norbert Niederkofler spent most of his time in the kitchen. After spending 15 years working and learning in the most famous restaurants in the world he came home, in the Dolomites of San Cassiano di Badia, where he started St. Hubertus, now boasting three Michelin stars. Great care for local and seasonal products, deep respect for nature and sustainability: these are the three points that make his cooking stand out.
