Maddalena has always loved conviviality. With friends and family, opening good bottles of wine and offering good food. And maybe savouring everything, from the first course to dessert, and then honouring the so-called sobremesa, a rite that follows a typical meal in Spain, where she has lived. Every place is a discovery. She likes travelling around the world, and around Italy, which is the world. She has been a journalist for a long time. Since September 2017, she has been the Director of La Cucina Italiana, and since 2021, also Condé Nast Traveller.
