President of Casa Artusi

I am the President of Casa Artusi, the first centre for gastronomic culture dedicated to home cooking, where I held the position of Vice-President from its founding in 2007 until April 2019, when, by decision of its supporting bodies, the Municipality of Forlimpopoli and Fondazione Cassa dei Risparmi di Forlì, it was converted into a Foundation. I have promoted, in the name of Pellegrino Artusi, awareness of Italian gastronomic culture and regional agricultural and culinary excellence, in Italy, Europe and around the world, with conferences, lectures and events.

The future of cooking will never be able to do without the " ante litteram food blogger " par excellence: Artusi, the ambassador for Italian food culture.
