Born in 1970 in the province of Udine, he entered the world of football as a manager of amateur sports clubs at the beginning of the 90s. In 1998, he began his career at Udinese Calcio, first as secretary of the youth section, and then as secretary of the first team.
In 2006, Collavino became General Secretary of Udinese Calcio; since 2010, he has held the role of CEO, General Manager, and acts as a member of the Board of Directors.
