Milad Alexandre Mack Atala, known as Alex Atala, is a Brazilian chef with Irish and Palestinian origins, who runs D.O.M. Restaurant in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In May 2012, D.O.M. was rated as the 4th best restaurant in the world by San Pellegrino's World's 50 Best Restaurants, published in the magazine Restaurant.
