I am a Management Engineer specialising in Integrated Logistics. For 20 years, I have worked in Milan in both international companies and large Italian companies, contributing with a winning mix of values and company culture to the launch and growth of organisations, and their later consolidation. Today, I am an Executive Business Coach focusing on Sustainable Leadership, Cultural Transformation, Individual Coaching and Leadership Team Coaching, along with Personal Transformation. Since 2020, I have been working on the expansion of the Inner Development Goals in Italy with the brain trust Afuture.
