I am a professor emeritus at the Milan Polytechnic, where I taught Environmental Technical Physics. For over forty years I have worked in research, science communication and design in the sector for efficient energy use and renewable sources in the built environment. I have participated in the activities of the International Energy Agency and collaborated with the UN-Habitat agency.
