I have a degree in Cinema and have worked for over 10 years in TV: I have always loved to tell stories through images. Then I became a mum: a revolution in every sense of the word.

As a convinced vegetarian and an expert in natural food and plant-based cooking, with an obsession with waste-free living, I became committed to reducing our carbon footprint and dream of a more sustainable world. Through the Good Food Lab and my first book on sustainable cooking, Semplicemente Green, I have one great goal: demonstrate that eating vegetables - protecting our health and that of our planet - can be easy, delicious and fun.
